I dont watch Griezmann much. Basically just when he play us or when he plays for France, but from what i have seen, I have no idea what he could bring to us that we dont allready have.

Many members here are attracted to diva attitude and they do miss Neymar. That's why prick and douchebag personalities such as Griezmann and Rabiot are popular among those kids.

I guess i view things differently, football as a whole is just entertainment.
so long as griezmann isn't avoiding training / matches to go out and party or do reckless activities i don't consider it diva behavior

Messi has used other clubs interest in gaining as much money from us as possible, sure he didn't make a whole film about it but i guess i consider it the same.
all players are mercenaries.

griezmann as a whole picked atletico because he was offered more, rabiot wants to join a team that pays him most, these aren't diva behaviors or atleast not to me.

No, thank you. Was nice to see him booed at the game, fuck off you cunt. 40 years old Messi will still be better than your choking ass.

Oh I don't miss the douchebag/diva thing being away from Barca at all.

However AG is a brilliant and technical footballer. Control, touch, pace, sharer of the ball, great at anticipating movement, good work rate off the ball, good shot. Great player and I think would work tremendously with Messi personally. I also think he is far better for team chemistry than say Hazard. AG has the douchey stuff off the pitch and after he scores, but can't complain about how he plays with a live ball. Rather have that than a nondouchey off the pitch player who is a little selfish or just doesn't read where his teammates are going very well or sulks when things are not going to his individual liking.

Rabiot was only if interest because he is a talent on a free and if we sold some of our midfield size (Rakitic/Busi).

Intresting. Who would you compare him to in FCB? Couthino?

I can't say AG is that much alike anyone on barca or anyone else. A bit unique--one of the worlds 10 best players though IMO. In terms of on the pitch play, maybe wesley snieder meets pedro (best qualities of both).

Saw a news on a french twitter account saying Barça is going for Griezmann who has already agreed to lower his salary to join Catalonia.

he'd be a huge improvement on the current Suarez.. but then again so would Emile Heskey right now. i can see EV shoehorning Griezmann at LW though if Dembele doesn't improve fast. no idea what we do about the ST situation as it seems young, up and coming players like Jovic etc don't want to sit on the bench (cant blame them either) and when you see some of the performances Suarez is putting in yet still 100% starting its infuriating enough as a fan, can't imagine what it would be like for a future ST

Yes, from what I've read a few weeks ago he would take a pay cut from his current salary but would still get the same as he would last year if he would sign with us (16M net). Given that we would have to pay 20M higher transfer fee I would only take him if he lower his wages to around 12M but I don't know a player who would take a 50% pay cut so this obviously won't happen.
