If you spoke to Hristo in person he would probably agree that it's even worse than that - 10 men would be preferable to having Griezman jogging around and destroying things.
Like many of us.What's even funnier is that he literally says that Griezmann was usually outside the box. Since Griezmann's a striker/second striker, how was it an "alright performance" when he wasn't even doing what forwards are supposed to do?
Lmao, some players here just have so much leeway with certain users it's hilarious. Even if it's a completely shit and anonymous performance, you'll still get something like it's an alright performance.

Totally agree with the above.
He is not a bad player and Stoitchov shows lack of understanding of the sport with his statement.
But I am not sure he fits a team like Barca who almost all the times want to get possession and have to break good buses.
He fits a counter-attacking team.
That's why mister Ernie wanted him, he had altered so much our way of playing that Griezman was thought of as a good fit

"He doesn't fit us" is such a funny excuse. Now wanting Griezmann moving inside the box to get opportunities for chances and finishing said chances is antithetical to his play style. Expecting him to function as a forward is now grounds to claim that he doesn't fit. Our team simply dominating other teams and producing plenty of chances for our forwards is antithetical to Griezmann's play style. LMAO

I did not want to give Griezmann a pass with that. Just means another system suits him better.
Many performances with us were individually bad no matter the system. He missed many clear cut chances and I do not like his decisions sometimes. Never uses his right foot which results in lost balls and never goes for 1on1s. Not even in the box.

Cheap excuses. Yesterday had a player (well, Dembele, but close enough) in front of him, which we're being told is what he needs, yet delivered another Houdini masterclass.

This is my totally misunderstanding, how is it possible that a couch, even a mediocre one, can not see this fact!!!! For me is just a mister. This is telling me the quality of this Koeman. Another step back from Barca managerial team. It was not enough how many bad decisions have been made with so junk players Barca has right now. Koeman is the bombon on the cake.

Daybala seems like a mix of both Coutinho and griezman could get the 'best of both' or most likely the worst of both.
