Tbh it looks like a dive and a bad call, but still makes up for the non call in the first half when he could have squared to RVP for a huge goal chance.

Actually, maybe it would have been better for Mexico if the one during the first half was called, because mexico wouldn't have played the defense like that. It would not have been the same second half.

Robben and Drogba used to play on Chelsea together for a while didnt they? What a show that must have been, dont remember much from back then.

Interesting in slow motion. It looks like Marquez barely touches his toe, but if you watch Robben's head *before* he starts exaggerating, you can see a momentum change from the rest of his body (slight jerk, a slight whiplash). It does appear Marquez pinned his foot, if briefly.

Of course, Robben was baiting for contact, and Marquez obliged.

EDIT: looking again, it looks like it's Robben's trailing right foot that makes contact, causing the momentum shift.
