demichelis is not good enough, he was terrible at bayern and he's really old now, joaquin is too old aswell and he was never as good as the hype around him, isco is out of arsenal's league, jesus gamez has not done anything to suggest he is top club material, toulalan would be a good signing...

Demichelis, Isco, Toulalan and Gamez would all improve Arsenal's starting eleven. Willy Caballero too, and Joaquín would be a useful alternative, but he's getting old.

As for your judgment on the players... I never thought Demichelis would do well but he's surprised everyone at Malaga with his consistency and lack of error-proneness. Sure, he's getting old but he's leaving on a free transfer and would be a good short-term option. The same goes for Joaquín. Gamez would surely be a better option than Jenkinson, and Arsenal are going to be short on options at RB next season unless they buy someone.

Toulalan obviously would be the most important signing as they lack anyone as good as him in defensive midfield.

oh i am a fan of toulalan, i would have him at united, toulalan/isco would obviously improve arsenal, i don't think isco is gettable for arsenal tho, he'll be wanted by just about every top club out there. i think its too late for joaquin, he'll be 32 next season, he'll find it difficult to adapt to the pace of the premier league at this stage of his career, i think he would struggle like morientes' did. credit to demichelis for doing better then expected at malaga, but he's too old, if he was nesta or cannavaro i could understand the sense in it, but he's never been a top class centre back, signings like him are not going to improve arsenal at all in my opinion...

I would like to see either Iago Aspas or Benat at Arsenal, preferably both. Isco would be wonderful as well, of course.

Well in the cases of Demichelis and, especially, Joaquín the only real issue is their age and fitness. Arsenal won't go for Joaquin as they already have a winger who never plays 90 minutes, but IMO he's better than Gervinho and probably Walcott too (for now). But Toulalan, Gamez and especially Pellegrini would make them much better. Isco would be difficult to get, but unlike City and Chelsea Arsenal aren't stocked in his position.

Both good players but I'm not sure they're what Arsenal need right now. Aspas isn't that different to Giroud and Beñat wouldn't really help Arsenals defense that much more than Arteta.

Isco has been rumoured for a long time to Arsenal.

Really I think they need 6 players. GK, LB, CB, DM, FD, RM

GK: I would recommend Pantilimon from Manchester City, he is good ( 2m+ guy too ) but never had the chance with Hart being there...
LB Monreal? They couldn't use him in the CL because he played for Malaga and made a mistake to loan Andre Santos imo...
CB they wanted Gary Cahill, he was snatched by Chelsea, also Vertonghen was an option and he went to Tottenham...they kept losing the chance to sign one because of rival teams.
DM: Song LOL, Song please!
RM/LM: Mario Goetze :D?
FD: Yes, this too...they want Villa, they might actually...Lewandowski could also be a good bet, I sincerely doubt he will go to Bayern or Manchester, he might be a bit overrated too...also, is Mario Gomez really happy to be eclipsed by Mandzukic?

We just need to sign an experienced striker (Villa? :okay:) and a strong "Makelele" type DM (Toulalan? Gonalons? take a chance on M'Vila?). We don't need any new defenders, and we definitely don't need anymore fullbacks. Even with Sagna really declining (he might leave this summer), we've got Jenkinson and could always promote from the reserves. I think Bellerin is ready to step up. He's one of those young players you know will definitely make it.

We need a world class CF more than anything. Giroud is a good striker but he doesn't make chances on his own, he relies on service. Service we don't provide because it's not in our nature. We have intelligent players like Cazorla who prefer not to cross the ball because they see it as a waste of possession. Our crosses aren't connecting since we don't get men in the box. Many of our crosses are poor. Walcott, Sagna and Gibbs occasionally deliver poor crosses. Our best crosser of the ball is Podolski. Regardless, we'd have to get men in the box, too often we cross and the ball goes out of touch or safely cleared by defenders. Therefore the big target man in Giroud doesn't suit our system.

We need that huge, world class name to be spearheading the line. One with technique, strength, speed, can play with his back to goal, can dribble past defenders, a renowned goal scorer, good link-up, good movement etc.
Most big teams have one. Barcelona have Messi, Madrid have Ronaldo, Utd have RVP and Rooney, City have Aguero, Tottenham have Bale, Liverpool have Suarez. We need one. Preferably in his early to mid twenties.
