Not really about Arthur, but more of the general direction the club seem to heading towards if news like this is true. In fact it's been a series of events unfolding since 2010 from Rosell using up all our money to pay Neymar Sr and his whores to the club not willing to spend money on proper players when available, to signing wrong players and wasting an enormous amount of money and so on.

Barca should sign Arthur, he is one of the top talents in a position that’s hard to find a good player these days (controlling midfielder)

If he was bought and reached his potential, Barca could play the familiar style and do it effectively especially now that coutinho and Dembele are at the club. He would also prolong the career of busquets.

I have said that Barca should have physical players like Paulinho, but that was never the main option. I see those players as a useful option to have in certain games or coming from the bench.

Ignoring second part of what they are saying, it is actually good thing they are taking their time and evaluating things. No need to have another Mina situation but just more expensive.
