Anyway regardless of these transfers, for me one thing is clear, if we don't make the CL SF at least this season EV is done at this club. With Real Madrid uprooting their entire team and Atletico always choking to smaller teams we should be able to take the league home again, but the performance in the CL definitely need to improve big time and it's his responsibility to do it. He's getting his dumb transfers too so he cannot bitch about it later and make up excuses for his shortcomings if he flops again like he did vs Roma.

no mention of the fact that he keeps getting sent off in crucial games (like v madrid), missing key penalties in crucial games, and had a disaster class versus us in the 2015 CL final.

Do you really expect BBZ to take something that doesn't fit his narrative into account? Last season he was claiming Paulinho and the 4-4-2 was the missing piece to our CL title and when we flopped badly he was nowhere to be seen.

Suarez also had huge disciplinary problems before joining Barca . Hardly a reason to worry about .

Because he is a poor man's Mourinho who cares about playing safe and winning at all costs and nothing else.

There are two ways to play safe . Keeping possession and parking bus . Ev didn't parked bus , you are talking about the other way ,right ?

Kept Messi silent in two finals . Why nitpick ?

This is going to be one of the worst deals ever because:

(1) Pretty much everyone except BBZ agrees Vidal is bad (31 years old getting weaker, party animal, lack of discipline, bad knees)
(2) After this season when Valverde is sacked, we will have a hard time getting rid of Vidal as nobody would want him
(3) We are getting robbed by fucking Bayern to top it off

Fuck this. Valverde is ruining us.

Lol. We will win La liga.
Our team is stronger than last season.

Ev will stay one more year.
That's 2 years for Vidal under his belt.

Will he do all this on one knee?

The same question applies for Thiago, more or less.
Vidal is at least a different player profile.

Last season:
Vidal 35 matches
The savior Thiago 31 matches

Why is an injured traitor Thiago worth a risk, and we have similar players?
And Vidal is not?

People are obviously ignoring the fact he has potentially Vermaelen level injury problems looming coupled with his age, lack of discipline and other off the field problems.

But whatever floats your boat I guess. Could have just kept Paulinho instead.

You underestimate the power of Verm:

Vidal isn't near that, but I suppose things could always change:

Everyone after the supercopa matches said that Madrid would have won the league and they finished 17 points behind us.

So this means no De Jong, Thiago or Rabiot

Jesus what a depressing signing...

BBZ he is a 31y old player who has a drinking problem. Come on! No to mention he is also quite problematic on the field.

I'm in an Inter fan group in Facebook and they're getting excited over signing Vidal, they don't even talk about his injuries/drinking problem. Maybe they're too optimistic or ... you guys are drama queens ...

If two knee surgeries the last three years, his lack of discipline, alcoholism as reported by his former coach and friend Sampaoli, his own friends and even Bravo's wife are not some bad signs then I don't know what is these days.

As I said, I'd take him for a loan with an option to buy, no obligation. One year rental until a better player gets available next summer. That's it though.

Dude, it's Inter. Those poor guys have been so bad the last few years they would prob take a Xavi pushing 40 right now and be excited about it.

Comparing Inter to Barcelona is just dumb.

We should negotiate for a loan option with an optional option to buy after one year with Bayern.

Please don't give him a 3-year deal or longer.

Keeping possession for the sake of keeping possession and getting very little out of it.

I'd take that then flog him back to Bayern once Pogba becomes available next summer. If that's really what they want. A tall, physical player that's also technical and scores goals + got some grinta in him.
