A Inter intermediary is currently in Munich to close the deal for Vidal: http://www.fcinternews.it/in-primo-...ro-in-germania-per-chiudere-col-bayern-283870
The same question applies for Thiago, more or less.
Vidal is at least a different player profile.
Last season:
Vidal 35 matches
The savior Thiago 31 matches
Why is an injured traitor Thiago worth a risk, and we have similar players?
And Vidal is not?
Depressing...
We already have a B2B in the squad, his name is Sergi Roberto.

Dude, it's Inter. Those poor guys have been so bad the last few years they would prob take a Xavi pushing 40 right now and be excited about it.
Comparing Inter to Barcelona is just dumb.

Used to be a big fan of his but admittedly haven't seen him play for a couple years, he was however a very good player. 30 million in modern football is nothing, and he adds depth to the squad and a bit of variety in terms of playing style. Certainly an upgrade than resorting to Andre Gomes whilst 3-0 away.
The reality is a 'controller' like Thiago, Verratti,Modric, Pjanic etc are unavailable, so for 30 mill in the modern market for someone as experienced as Vidal it's decent business.
I don't want either of them. No Thiago, no Vidal.
Age aside, he has one year left on his contract and Goretzka was brought in as his replacement. That's a big reason why they're willing to let him go for cheap
