That's a big if. It remains to be seen if he can even handle the pressure of a big club. Comparing him with Javi Martinez who was a key player in this seasons dominant Bayern side is also premature.

Then there's the fact that they're filling up the holes in their team and strengthening it in multiple positions. While so far, we've only signed one player (again, I think it was a good signing, even though I don't like the price).
Isco isn't better than Ozil or Cristiano, Illa isn't currently better than Alonso. Carvajal has proven nothing at the highest level, in La Liga or with Spain. The strengthening is very unclear. On the other hand, Neymar, not just a good player but someone who looks like a genuine Balon D'or contender in the near future has to try to improve on a ponderous Villa, can't score for months Alexis and Pedro, and a one dimensional Tello.
