Aymeric Laporte

No way Pep would want both Stones and Laporte, huh? Never mind the fact that they'd be +100M together, but two young players like that would be a recipe for complete and utter disaster. Not even Pep is that crazy... Right?

Who knows, only what rumours say but who knows with rumours after all.

Funnily enough, the backline still needs a ton of reinvention at fullbacks. He might get away with his right backs for a season, but his left backs are utter trash. Should look at least one new full back, if not 2, and then a deep lying playmaker (Gundo or Xhaka). Probably some width as well. Don't think they need a lot after that, though.

Doesn't he have a broken leg and a fucked up ankle? Dropping 50 million euros on him is a massive risk.

Pretty sure he broke his leg as well in march and dislocated the ankle.

Was first reported he broke his leg, but was just his ankle. He'll be back at the end of July. Had it been his leg he would've been sidelined for much longer.

City is rumored to have 250m pounds of transfer budget this summer. It is all up to Guardiola and they will just write the checks.

250 million pounds and Guardiola. If City doesn't win the PL next season they're a joke. Well they're already a joke but they'll be even more of a joke than I thought.

To be fair, Pep does have a serious rebuilding project ahead of him. To transform this hideous City side to a EPL winning one is a decent challenge.

... But yeah, a £250 million transfer kitty probably helps a fair bit.

It disgusts me to read pep being associated with City let alone managing that plastic club with limitless resources.

RIP Pep 2008-2012
