It disgusts me to read pep being associated with City let alone managing that plastic club with limitless resources.

RIP Pep 2008-2012

What's wrong with City? They've always been one of the more sympathetic Premier League clubs in my eyes with players like Aguero, David Silva, and De Bruyne, Gündogan now. I'm quite happy he went there and not say United for example because their fanbase is one of the most toxic and arrogant ones I've ever seen.

2012? He sold out in 1984 leaving the sympathetic Nàstic for big bad Barça :coffee:

City fans are worse than Utd ones for sure. City is an ugly ass club which shouldn't even be in the PL.

City is an ugly ass club which shouldn't even be in the PL.

care to explain why?

Probably because they weren't in a EPL 15-ish years ago.

Before rich owners, Man Utd was like Barca.
Chelsea was at least somewhere around European spots even without Russian money.
Man. City was a 2nd div team or bottom table Epl team before rich investors.

In La liga terms, it is something like:
Sevilla or Bilbao=Chelsea
A good team already, and with a 500-1000m money injection they can turn into a European powerhouse

Man City was something like=Zaragoza, Betis, Sociedad
A club with a long history and lots of fans, but with a poor history in the last 20-30 years.
Imagine if someone buys Sociedad now and invests 1 Billion in transfers.
And Sociedad buys Messi, Pogba, Busquets, Isco, Kroos, Gundogan, Marquinos, Mats etc
And get Pep/Mou as a coach.

And Sociedad starts to win La Ligas soon and get into CL finals and semifinals.

More or less, this is how the current Man. City has been created.
They were Zaragoza/Sociedad 10 years ago.

Man Utd was at least the same (like Barca/Real) for the last 30-ish years.

I also don't have too much sympathy for Man City.

Pretty much what BBZ said. And add most of those fans here - delusional as hell, cocky as hell. They think they have the devine right to buy every player in the world and as soon as someone has a bad game his contract should be cancelled. Head over to bluemoon.

You could say smth similar about PSG but I've seen a lot of great fans of theirs and they actually play decent football. Besides, we got Ronaldinho from them.

+ Shitty's pathetic performance against Madrid in the CL semis. Seriously. Hundreds of millions of pounds to produce that shitfest. That's what made me lose any respect I may have had for them.

lmao @ City

Looks like he'll spend his career there then. Or perhaps they reached an agreement to allow him to leave for a lower fee when he want to leave.

I guess he plans on staying for life. Whenever there are rumors of him leaving he increases his clause by 20 million.
