Their reasoning is correct.
If you judge it based on individual ability, it's Vinicius. If you judge it by team results, it's Carvajal.
Rodri probably ranks 2 in all criteria but fair play stuff most likely.
What's a joke? What I said?What a joke .
What's a joke? What I said?
I don't see why. Surely the award should simply go to who performed the best, regardless of team titles etc?
Rodri is far more important for City and Spain than Carvajal is for Real and Spain.
Fair enough. No, the joke part is about Madrid rumors that they might show up after all.
I see Vinicius as better individually last season than Rodri. Madrid simply said Carvajal should win it if team results are most important as he won the most titles. If you switch it to individual performances, something I agree with, it should be Vinicius. No matter how punch-able his face is.
Fair enough.
Like said, I don't agree much with individual awards in team sports.
I think Rodri was better than Vini last season, but you think otherwise. I feel both opinions are fair, so agree to disagree. But Carvajal's name being thrown with Rodri's is a disaster. It's all about trophies that because he clearly doesn't have the performances or impact (generally) Rodri does.
I meant Carvajal but yeah I get your point. Surely Vini being mediocre for Brazil should have a say too.Even on the trophy part they are pretty close. CL vs Euro basically, with Vincius having more impact in CL than Rodri in Euros.
The Oscars are even more of a farce than the Golden Ball.Nobody gives a shit. Al Pacino has just 1 Oscar.
How is this behaviour perceived in Spain?@theMadridZone
