Who? You can also find praise of Munir at times when he was in a good period - and Munir has talent too, so maybe he is equally as good an option.
I'm not at all convinced, and paying 27M. is outright braindead IMO.

You know why that's the case? Because they base their judgement only on his performances at the Olympics. If you take his previous performances in account, I don't think you'd come to the same conclusion. Luan simply doesn't have the quality to play for us; now and in the future.

Partly. They are impressed with him at the Olympics, but a lot of them also rate him as one of the better young players (23 amd younger) in Brazil. We as fans can speculate, but I trust the scouting and coaches if Luan is the one we buy. Yeah, they've made mistakes before, but they know far more about the club and team and we fans do, and again, it's their job scouting players. I trust them more than the hive mind of a fan forum.

The same scouts that brought Keirisson, Henrique and Douglas (I know; blasphemy, Lord Douglas is not signed. He signs us.) to the club.

If we do sign him , lets just hope MSN never get injured and Lucho only uses Munir as rotation for them in matches. At this point, that option is better than Luan.

Luan doesn't fit the profile Robert said to be looking for. He's not a prolific goalscorer, or a #9. He can play there, but it's not the same. He really can't add anything Munir can't. Or Arda or Denis, if played as wingers. He also is 3rd party owned. 70% of his rights belong to gremio, the 30% left are his and from an investor, which I couldn't find out who is it.
