True, that needs to be put into the team bylaws. Atleti management gets the better of Barca too consistently. How well a player plays for Simeone has absolutely no bearing on how well he will play for Barca, except he will play worse for Barca. Or much, much worse, as with Arda Turan. I apologize for bringing up that name.

Nothing for now.
No European club can sign him anyway, since he just turned 17, and won't get a European passport till July.
If we pay his buyout clause, then it will be when he get that passport.
His own club seems not interested to sell, so will be difficult to agree a deal now.

Victor Roque, Thuram that's all that is needed.

Kounde continues as RB unless we find a market opportunity under 10m. But Araujo has already been signed.

It is very rare a team is "complete " tbh.
I wouldn't sign a RW tbh. If anything I am open to the idea of Fati + another RW being sold.
I would add a natural DM, Roque & athletic CB, along return of Abde, Nico Gonzalez.

Xavi's idea is becoming more clear tbh, and niether a natural RB or LW would get that much time here tbh. We lack a proper CB after our 3 starting ones.
Something like Ndicka, Abde, Nico, Roque and one of Amrabat/Ugarte/Varela would be decent.

Problem with selling Rapinha is Dembele being injury prone, and lack of RW options in the world, so him staying is not worst idea.
