Supposedly Echeverri has "chosen" Barcelona and we have moved to tie his signature before City, Chelsea, etc. Deal would be 30m in instalments- so 5m than his current buyout.
Certainly had a better U17 WC than Messinho who we have been linked with but would cost a bit more.
Hopefully would get this right as a 30m mistake is huge for us right now (this period of low income without CN).

True, ideal solution would be for him to sign for Barca and loan him to River for a year or two. River Plate fans are perplexed of why Demichilis isn't giving him game time, but we'll see how the situation develops.
Creative attacking mid. In a 4-3-3, he would most likely play as a false LW, same position as that of Felix.

Who would you pick between the two?
I haven't seen enough of either bar the U17 WC where the whole of the Brazil team were immensely underwelming.
Estevao will be a little bit more expensive (50m ish + agent fees in the 10s of millions) is a little younger and seems to be higher rated.
The only thing I will say is where Estevao plays we already have Lamine, while where Echiverri plays we don't have anyone coming through.
So that would make him a more logical choice, if not possibly the most highest potential one.
What about yourself?

Tough one tbh
I admire Estevao ability to dribble while running full speed tbh, rare ability and a joy to watch. He plays more of a no 10 with Palmiras, same position as Echeverri, so could argue both play same position, and also Darvish is another 10 we have.
Both are fairly quick, great dribblers who could be a no1p or wingers.
I feel Messinho has higher potential and lower floor.
Tough one, but if I had to choose I will stick to Estevao.

Wouldn't be the first nor the last player to do that. I would be ok paying them a few millions to get him in summer but not 30m for a totally unproven kid with a year left on his contract.

Don't know anything about him but like that we're seemingly extensively looking for players in Scandinavia. Should probably take Roony Bardhji if we'll buy any player from there though.
