Curious why we didn't explore that option, he seems like he has the characteristics we're looking for with the 1v1 and creative ability.
Even if it doesn't work out he's probably on very low wages and 15m is not that big of an investment when you see how much we spent on guys like J Araujo who were never intended for the first-team.
Hopefully its not done yet and we can still give it a go.

Was never a realistic target for ys tbh, after getting Darvish, Diarra and having Lamine in the house.
Just too much talent at same age category who can play the wing/AM role to splash money on him.

Yes, I've seen that. Low risk, potential medium to high reward. Not sure he really has what it takes to make it at top level but could be a squad player for Bayern in future or just sold for profit (or not much loss at least). But for all we know Bayern could develop him into next star and replacement for Sane. Especially in Bayernliga which is a paradise for attacking players.
I like him and he would bring something we currently lack in our first team but clearly not possible to sign him now and longterm (next summer) would prefer to look for either more proven players who can perform immediately (very unlikely we'll find/be able to afford someone like that though) or someone with higher upside. But ofc in different circumstances I would be all for signing him for 15m. We wasted more money on worse players/talents.
He will be loaned back to Granada. Good news for them to get money to improve the team (especially defense) in January to possibly keep them up. Although tbf I wouldn't mind them getting relegated now that they've sacked Paco Lopez and replaced him with an Uruguayan nobody who has never managed in Europe before (clubs just never learn, Sevilla made the same mistake with Diego Alonso) and probably won't finish the season on their bench anyway.

In other news, according to Bild (via Sport) we're close to complete the signing of Dortmund's LB Almugera Kabar who we were already linked to last summer. He was part ot the German U17 World Cup winning team but mostly came off the bench.
