I've seen pictures of Amrabat at Camp Nou in game against Getafe. Quite possible club was silently working on this deal for a few weeks but didn't know if we could actually register anyone before selling Memphis and now seemingly also Bellerin.

Another reason could be Xavi has decided to use 4 midfielders system more often so we need more depth there.


BTW, Sport also says we're negotiating with United for Elanga. Would be quite fun if we'd sign him and he'd score against them. Probably just BS though.
