We do not have enough CBs for 3 at the back. In the past years this formation has also proven that you will not win a major title without a back line of 4 players.
Cuadrado is a winger not a fullback and we absolutely don't need him. Especially not for 40 freaking mil.

You don't play with 3 in the back when you only have 3 CBs in the entire squad. You need at least 4 CBs to do that, cause with any suspension or injuries you have to change your formation because you won't have a replacement for the missing CB.
