Cuadrado would be perfect in Lucho' s system...We actually play without RB, Alves is playing more like a winger, with Raki staying back covering him.
The problem is that Alves is useless in offence, unlike Cuadrado who could be a real threat offensively.

They don't let player move unless they have A)release clause B)one year left in contract ,and even in some cases like Lewandowski they force him until the end
If a player want to leave them ,renewal + selling doesn't look likely
