Koke can refuse tho. Instead ATM could offer him a new contract.

We should keep in mind that according to the rumors, Simeone renewed with ATM because the club gave him garantees. And IMO it doesn't include selling their best players this summer.

That said, if they want Cavani, they might need to sell one player. We'll see. But ATM is not aiming to remain a club that is robbed from his players every summers anymore.

He could've already accepted it last summer but refused because his heart beats for Atleti. Even though I don't know him and his feeling, I believe that he won't go to another Spanish club just because of the love and respect he has for Atleti.

I am not sure about that at all. It will depend on what Barca offers him, and ATM will try to match what's offered to him to make him stay.

Also, Playing for Barca can be seen as an achievement. Not a lot of players would refuse that "just because".
