Very strongly doubt it is Ramos, he's too heavily associated with Real. It has to be a relatively well known player because they want it to be good PR. And given that midfield is the department we're lacking in, I think it is either Koke or possibly Isco.

Isco would be amazing, though it's fairly obvious that his entourage wouldn't allow Bartomeu to announce a pre-deal in case Barto didn't win the election and Isco had to stay in Madrid.
