Dybala was in Camp Nou between Barca fans in last year classico IIRC ,he won't leave for Real Madrid after a year while he is doing gr8 in Juve

Real Madrid will appeal and get a suspensive effect, ban won't be confirmed unless it's rejected by FIFA and/or CAS.

As Donak said ,appeal will take time .we got the ban in April and we finished appealing process in December .so very slim chance FIFA will be able to force the ban in summer because appeals need to be all done b4 June 30
