No, they don't want chemistry issues - but Aurier is playing although he insulted the coach publicly, so I don't know how much it bothers them.
I think Marquinhos is worth a lot, and we need a defender very much, so it would make sense to spend big there. The only thing I fear is, that the club doesn't want to gamble with Laporte because of the injury and tries to sign Marquinhos all summer, and then he renews. We probably can get two younger CB's like Umtiti and Tah for the same price as Marquinhos, and we really should consider something like that, because they seem more realistic and 2 new CB's would be great.

Could be possible that the players agree to conditions, but I still think it is unlikely that the club will let him leave (see my previous 2 posts).
I would be happy if he joins Barca, though, but I want to see it to believe it.

I think IF we buy a player like Mere we should loan him out for a season. Back to Sporting if they stay in La Liga or to another La Liga team if they are relegated.

We would be good with Pique, Masche, Mathieu and whichever new CB we buy next season. Maybe we could even keep Bartra for another season but that wouldn't be to smart from a financial standpoint as his contract is up and he can go for free in 2017 so we should get what we can for him this summer.

indeed, all depends who leaves, other than Pique all the CBs could conceivably leave.

It'd be nice to pick up some young talent after Real picked a ton of them off when we had our transfer embargo, also with how old our squad is in general.

Pogba, no. Ricardo should be possible, though. I remember BILD reporting a couple of weeks ago that if Wolfsburg fails to qualify for the CL, there's a clause in his contract allowing him to leave for €24M.
