We seriously need to dump all the deadweight and spend money on rejuvenating the squad this and next summer with some good replacements.
Time to stop fucking around. The amount of money we waste on mediocre players on transfer fees and wages is frankly speaking astonishing.
Real Madrid might spend a lot on transfer fees, but they balance it out with reasonable wages for all their players, while Bayern are a good example of both.
There are always something to learn from other clubs and these aspects is certainly something Barca should improve at drastically.

Wait and see. We are in uncharted territory. Its completely unlikely that Pogba will go for 80m or 100m when players who havent shown anything compared to Pogba go for fantasy prices from much smaller clubs. The people who laugh at Pogba for 200m are the same people who are shocked at Martial's and Renato Sanches' prices.

I kind agree .3 players + Denis are needed at least and all of them need to be useful ,relatively young (except for forward ,age won't be priority) and hopefully with potential to be starter
That is in case no major sale i.e Arda & Alves stay .if any of them leave that mean another buy is needed
That doesn't sound too difficult tbh .also it seem to be a clean for the house finally with Adriano,Vermaelen,Douglas,Sandro ,Masip &Bartra all set to leave along Song,Montoya & Tello
I think we are always trying to dump the deadweight but we are stuck with the fact that no one is close to be willing to pay the same wages as we do for our flops and the player is basically never willing to sign for another team with a much lower salary. So we end up with years and years of loans until their contract with us expires.

Agreed on Real and Bayern wages much less than Barcelona
Total player salaries per week in euro
Barcelona= 2.7m
Real Madrid= 1.8m
Bayern Munich= 2.5m
useless player like Mathieu earn more than Rakitic, Alba, Marcelo, Isco, Carvajal, Benatia, Alaba, Douglas Costa,Thiago. And barely featured players such as Verms and Adriano earn more than Claudia Bravo Keylor Navas, Carvajal, Casemiro, Lucas Vázquez etc. Even our Douglas earn 45m per week. That's crazy for unused players on our bench.
Many good players would kill for such wages

Real has been reported to have higher wages than Barca.
Mathieu doesnt get higher wages than all those players you mentioned. That is just fantasy.

Almost always different.
No chance is Mathieu who took 3m less wages to join Barca and force deal through on more money than Rakitic etc.
This page seems more accurate from what has been reported when players joined.

We have done pretty poorly to shift the dead weight in recent years. Even Tello and Song are still on the books, 2 guys who should be pretty useful at a team pushing for Europe.
