I have no idea what we should do with Cbs.
But again, I can smell a disaster, NO MATTER whom we will buy.
It seems that more or less no one (from defenders) fits to our system :/

Maybe it would be a good strategy to buy 2 of the cheaper young CB's rather than making someone (close to) the most expensive CB in the world?
There is a lot of good suggestions in here, I love to see us buy two of them, for less/the same amount of money as e.g. Laporte.

And go bankrupt the same season? :coffee:

If his price is around 80mio then we should go for Pogba. We don't actually pay 80mio in one go, we never did. We are still paying Liverpool for Suarez deal (35m this season). We can even profit more and sell him if he didn't adjust to our system, no very minimal risk here.

Pogba's price isnt 80m, that's for sure. I said 200m in the past, but people insist its 80m. I think its fantasy.

Henrique and Keirrison were bought by Laporta and his team to money launder in 2008.

My mistake, but that wasn't really the point of my post.

It's to dispel the whole myth of "we can't buy defenders because they'll turn into Caceres", and "no one fits our system". We buy quality and we will get quality, the likes of Hummels won't suddenly turn to shit when they joins Barca.

But in the end of course we will buy Vermaelen 2.0, somebody like Benatia and then cry that "nobody fits our system".

If Bayern can finalize Renato Sanchez and Hummels now then why on earth can't we either.

Because (1) we have no money as we couldn't even find a sponsor and our contract with Nike has not been finalized, we don't even have money to extend Neymar and Busquets, let alone buying players and (2) we have the likes of Braida who apparently do nothing other than touring and "monitoring".
