Problem is our starting 11 is fine so we need to be quite creative in this transfer window. If Masch stays then buying great CB means what? Masch or Pique on the bench or new star CB on the bench? Unlikely.
We need replacement for Andres but now for another year or so, so we buy world class CM he'll expect to play most of the games, especially big ones. We can of course take Rakitić out but then we loose balance. Attack, we all now the situtation there.
So the best possible scenario would be RB like Bellerin (though again I hate this sell him than buy him back for huge amount), someone like Pogba or Verrati who will be stars in the future but also have a lot of games in next season and maybe some CB/LB or left footed CB to give competition for Alba and CBs positions.
In attack, I don't mind if we get someone older or keep Munir, check some youngster from B team and similar.

I don't want Barca to spend too much in Midfield right now. We have enough strength there especially if we buy Denis Suarez.

Iniesta, Rakitic, Busi, Roberto, Rafinha, Denis and Arda. That is a lot of depth too. If we can sell Arda I could understand. Iniesta Rakitic Pogba Busi Roberto will be great, but we can wait one more season for that. If Arda and Rafinha couldn't pull through that is.

Edit: Do we need Denis Suarez? I say he could be a decent addition to the squad. If you make Roberto as starting RB or rotate him with whoever we sign he could get lot of minutes. Iniesta will be rested more often now. Plus we can not place too much trust on Arda and Rafinha. Denis can play as a winger too.

Show me a credible link where Juve says they'll let him go for 200m as you stated before? You are the one who is talking about an astronomical amount we never heard before in the history of football.

Prepare to be disappointed then. Pogba for 80m euros is laughable in this market.

Its so unrealistic, same with Verratti, Bellerin and a few others. We are also quite arrogant when we throw these names around. The fans of these clubs would laugh in our face, just like we would laugh at clubs thinking they can sign Busi from us. Not gonna happen!

Our team shouldnt be "fine", it should be the best.
Its not fine on all parts of the field.
Our team is also aging, even though we all love Iniesta, Masche, Alves they are getting old.

I think if we should get players, it should be UCL winning players, not players that makes no differance from what we have, like D.Suarez and Halilovich.
We have alot of players that arent up to the standard we need, especially in midfield, and alot of players that are out on loan that we really should sell, like Song and Tello.
Rafinha and Arda are sellable, Rakitic is decent defensivly but doesnt create anything going forward.
I would sell Rafinha and Turan if that can bring us Pogba.

Get rid of Mathieu and Vermaelen, get Mustafi. If Masche also leaves, get Umtiti aswell.
If Alves leaves, try signing Bellerin.

Its time to start building for the future.

If the player is good enough to play for us, he is good enough to help us win the CL. We cant simply try to chase the Verratti and Thiago Silvas of the world because we think they are world class so no one else is worth pursuing. We need sensible and realistic targets that offer good value in the market.

So I think there were rumors we have 50M for transfers this summers. WIth the new Nike deal we get 80M instead of 30M. Add those to transfer budget minus 10M for miscellaneous stuff and we have 90M transfer budget. If we secure a sponsor, witch is kind of a must in this market, we can get 60M to 80M and we already have a transfer budget of at least 150M plus what we get for selling the deadweight(like 20M max).
I know I'm acting like I'm playing FIFA or something, but if we secure a deal with a General Sponsor before new season for like 80M I reckon we should buy Pogba. I know our midfield is stacked but Denis Suarez/Turan can play LW and Rafinha/Turan can play RW, too so we don't need attacking players. Other than that a good young CB for our the future should be our priority

Lets be real, we got lucky as hell with the Messi generation. La Masia can still provide a gem every few years but the idea that we can expect multiple players to come up and be the next Busi, Inisesta, Messi, etc is absurd.

you cant expect new xavi, iniesta, busquets... before that great generation, barca was spending alot of money on players, they will keep doing that, players you mentioned above, they are just not good enough.

60M but he says that every summer so who knows.I think he even said it in 2014 when we spend around 140M.
But we also sold Cesc and alexis so i guess we came close to it.

There is a large age gap between Puyol and Thiago though. I dont think its fair to say that they are "one generation". The time is overdue for another great player from la masia, but so far, absolutely nothing.

Think we'll have more than enough to money to strengthen the squad properly, but just not enough for a big transfer like Pogba.

CB: Laporte/Mustafi + Davinson and Lemos out on loan
LB: Guerreiro
RB: No idea, I imagine we might have enough to fork out for Bellerin, but I'm not really convinced
FW: Would love Paco, but I guess Gameiro is more realistic......
