Unless you're adding his wages to his price, that would never happen. Pogba will be expensive, but the fee for his signing won't be much more than 100m.

And the attitude of most people was that we would never let go of our deadweight for free as well, like I claimed. We would get decent prices for them. That was the attitude of most people. It was never gonna happen.

you really don't understand the rule of supply and demand in sales. Bayern rejected €100m for Thomas Muller because they don't want to sell and they don't need to sell. Pogba is for sale. the sooner you understand this simple supply and demand concept the better off you will be.

Juve doesnt want to sell. Marotta has said he is not for sale. They are a rich club and can demand a great price if they want to. People will get disappointed thinking he is available for a resonable fee, just like when they claimed we would actually get money for our player sales. Totally deluded.

Being right about Barça's dead weight is quite easy, it's been like that for years now. You're not the only one who knew this would happen. But Pogba for 200m, not counting his wages, looks really unlikely. The whole package might get to that because he'll get insane wages, but not his fee.

While with Cms, for which players we could say today that they would be improvement over Iniesta+Rakitic? Only Verratti, Gundogan and Pogba. (And maybe Koke).
Verratti is not for sale, Gundogan will stay in City for a few years, that means that our only world-class options to strengthen a midfield in summers 2016, 2017 and 2018 are apparently: Pogba and Koke.

What I am trying to say, it seems that Pogba is the only world-class Cm who is interested in Barca and with who's club we had some talks and who could be transferable.
If he joins Real or Chelsea THIS summer, then we are screwed long-term in midfield since:
Exactly what ive been saying.
Our midfield is not that great. Iniesta is the best there is, but the rest are just subpar, or decent (Rakitic)
We have alot of midfielders, but the quality is not really there, and LaMasia isnt providing.

We already lost out on Gündogan, one of 3 that could imrove our midfield, and out of Pogba and Veratti, only Pogba is available.
If we loose out on him aswell, were screwed for a long time in strengthening our midfield.

That is just hilarious.to think that a team can win all those trophies with just ok midfield & defense.

The main reason were doing ok is becouse of our out of this world attack and Messi.
The starting 4 defenders are good, but the bench is really bad.
Our midfield after iniesta is quite mediocre and severly lack creativity.

let me summarize what are you saying from above paragraph.

from next season on, Barca's for the first time in decades will play 4-4-2 instead of 4-3-3

We have been doing that a big part of this season.
Messi, since our midifled lacks the creativiy aspect, forces Messi down the field to be the playmaker.
This harms our attack since we basicly play 4-4-2 with only Neymar and Suarez in attack.
Imo, if anything, we might want to consider starting playing Messi in AM together with Iniesta and get another RW attacker.

hah, look at what people thought a few months ago in here. Some people thought we could almost double our transfer budget by getting rid of our deadweight and then buy Pogba and Marquinhos on the cheap (80m+40m).

Pogba is the most marketable footballer for years, chased by all the top dogs, has a decade worth of commercial value for a club that signs him, the money pouring into football every year (the value of clubs is increasing 20% per year) ensures a club could recoup 100m VERY easily if they sign him, and yet people believe he'll be cheaper than Bale. It shows a complete lack of understanding IMO.

Pogba would pay for himself in shirtsales,
Hes not my number one option, that was Gündogan, but i would put most focus on getting him, then sign a talent CB like Umtiti or Mustafi.

Many people are always hoping for miracles. But pogba's fee won't be 200m because of his wages. That would make him an impossible signing. Huge wages and a 200m fee is unreasonable. Unless, of course, if he starts scoring like Messi or Suarez, on top of everything else.

He won't be cheaper than Bale, but around his value.

Of course, it wont be 200m straight up, it will be lots of incentives and installments but there is zero chance the total price will be the same as Bale or Neymar (who had only a year left on his contract as well), that I am 100% sure of. The money in today's football and in the coming years ensures this is complete fantasy.
