Weren't Liverpool interested in Tello as well? They'd probably pay a bit more for him, since they can afford to, so I'd rather sell Tello to them than Sociedad.

Why would you accept only 40m for a player like Alexis when you are about to pay 30-35m for a defender?? Alexis is 25, only 25, just finished his best season of his career so far and has been more or less one of the most consistent players of the team this season.

Happy for Fontas. I'd take him back if he was going to be the 2nd cb signing. We also have a buy back clause on him, so there's that.

Does the revolution begin with Fontas? He is slower than Cesc. Could be a problem on such a huge pitch like Camp Nou.

If we were to get Benatia I wouldn't want Laporte at this point in time. It's important for Aymeric's development to get a lot of minutes at his age and Pique, Benatia, and Bartra would be ahead of him. Let Laporte gain experience and sign him a couple of seasons from now.
As for Fontas, I've seen him play DM, so we could bring him home as cover for Busi or an emergency CB option.
