If we had him in goal instead of Pinto we probably would have won La Liga maybe the cup as well and gotten past Atletico in Europe. Having 2 top keepers for a combined transfer fee of about 24m is not that bad and we shouldn't have to worry about that position for 5 or 6 years if all goes well.

Barcelona is not that club everyone wants to play in anymore. If they get an offer between us or a club that offers a huge wage, they will take the wage most likely.

Barca and Real are the worlds 2 elite clubs, all things being equal 90% of players would choose these 2 clubs over any other especially the top players like Messi and Ronaldo. Playing for these clubs adds to your legacy.

No point in overpaying for Reus and play him out of position on the right as understudy for Messi.

If we really sought to replace Alexis or buy someone to play up front, we should buy a proper striker who can play on the wings or at least a great finisher, someone in the mold of David Villa or Samuel Eto'o. One problem we have right now is that Messi is the only great finisher in the team - Neymar, Alexis and our entire midfield are decent finishers at best and Pedro seems to have lost it too. Despite everyone's concerns, I think Agüero would be a perfect fit for Barça's right wing, but his price tag is hefty.

I highly doubt we'll get Reus, but they are rumors in German media that Barca offered 35mio for him. Also Mandzukic wants to leave Bayern as Pep doesn't really count on him. Would be a good chance to get a very efficient striker.

We're not playing anymore like Guardiola's team.
We didn't use tiki taka a lot this season.. and we saw many crosses from the fullback (Dani, most of the time). We need a 9, and Mandzukic is at the moment the best option on the market.
