That la Masia is overrated (not bad of course) because of the 87 generation because the majority since then been hypejobs and mediocre players.

The majority of all La Masia's players were mediocre. Only the extremely blind would suggest that La Masia only produces gold. Bojan is a good player though, and our forwards produced since then have been rather poor.

So the quality of an academy is measured by it's ability to generate strikers? And that unless the majority of the academy graduates are word-class, then it is overrated?

I agree in general but la masia does get overrated quite a bit. And Bojan keeps getting clubs because of this as well, allthough im happy to see him doing kind of well with Stoke.
Totally forgot about Icardi by the way, he is the best la masia prouced striker since Messi.
