President of FC Barcelona
Jürgen Klopp:

"I wouldn’t have any problem working with Ibrahimovic. We’d get on well. Crazy players love me. I don’t know why ...”

"If Barcelona's team of the last four years were the first one that I saw play when I was four years of age ... with their serenity, winning 5-0, 6-0 … I would have played tennis. Sorry, that is not enough for me. What I love is that there are some things you can do in football to allow each team to win most of the matches.

"It is not serenity football, it is fighting football – that is what I like. What we call in German – English [football] … rainy day, heavy pitch, everybody is dirty in the face and they go home and can't play football for the next four weeks. This is Borussia.

And I wonder if some people still think Klopp is a good fit for Barca

no... Borussia are counter attack specialists, no body would have wanted him here. Even if they did I guess I know where they are coming from, that guy has himself a great record grooming in the youngsters to be the stars that Borussia has! With the more and more fame La Masia gathered itself in the recent past, especially under Pep, many might have opined he would be an ideal successor for him

I just added the link to the thread, check for yourself. He was the 1st on votes. Many advocated for him here. For the reasons you pointed, mostly. But many thought he'd be a good fit.

He is a good manager and has done wonders for the clubs he managed, not only Dortmund. Of course he would adapt his style to the team he has at his disposal, meaning he wouldn't turn Barca into a counter-attacking copy of Dortmund but rather make the best of Barca's style. So in that respect, I don't see why people would mind him as a coach. I do think he would be a better fit for smaller clubs, as this is more according to his philosophy and personal interest (perhaps Arsenal after Wenger retires, even though he dismisses it now), but as such, why not?

Right on. I totally agree he needs to have 100% freedom to come in and do whatever he wants. With us, the tradition, the glory and the baggage that come with our past might prove to be too restrictive for him.

Says who he is a good fit?

He is a awesome manager, but he talks too much.

He talks nonsense too much. Too much talking is not the issue. lol.

He´s still butthurt by Gotze and lewa so he´s trying to provoke Pep.
What a moron...
Arsenal 10 years dry is awesome. LOL.
