In November? Yeah, uhm, no.

I know it is early, but it is extremely unlikely that Bayern will drop points besides playing BVB, barring injuries on key players. BVB on the other hand is already showing cracks and signs of battle fatigue, unfortunately. Beating Bayern at home will be their best chance to catch up to Bayern, otherwise, mark my words, Bayern will leave them in the dust.

Poor BVB, with Subotic out for the rest of the season because of a torn cruciate ligament today, I just don't see how they can turn things around.

The first order of business is to get a CB in the winter transfer window unless someone from the reserve team is ready. I researched potential centerbacks from their second team and it seems that they have Koray Gunter, Thomas Meissner, and Marc Hornschuh. I don't know anything about these players and whether they are ready for the first team, but if not, they'll have to sign someone quickly.

The Bayern game will be key, from a motivational perspective too. With Schweinsteiger out, we willl see how important he is for Bayern and if him being out makes any difference for them.

Unfortunately, Bastian's vitalness to Bayern has diminished under Guardiola. They certainly did not miss him yesterday.

Wish medical technology advances so that acl and other long term injuries have shorter recovery periods. It's a shame to be out for such a long time both for the players and the fans

You forgot to mention Marian Sarr (18), who is very highly rated and his move from Leverkusen last year started controversal discussions about stealing talents. I also cannot say, if Sarr or Günter r ready, but both have been highly rated in the past and the potential should be there.

I can see Dortmund trying to get Ginter (19) from Freiburg, as there have been rumours about him in the past and he has a soft spot for them, but Freiburg is in a very dangerous situatuation and they have collected enough money last summer due to sales of Kruse, Makiadi, Caligiuri and Flum.

You could just see, that he was not fully recovered and that diagnosis is proof for me, that he was not 100% fit and prob played under pain. The tough midfield situation with Thiago, Martinez, Götze, Höjbjerg, Kirchhoff all injured maybe forced him to come back bit too early. I really hope that he ll be able to participate winter training camp in January with a top fit BS31 for the 2nd half of the season, cos only then he is a real help for Bayern. Thiago, like Martinez, also just coming back from injury so he needs time to get top fit too, but its his chance to shine now.

What Martinez Kroos Thiago? Bayern plays 4-1-4-1, and you forget that Gotze is a starter. If Thiago gets in the line up he'll start as an attacking midfielder a bit like a box to box but apparently it won't happen. Robben wasn't injured for long has just returned so the 4 players in front of Martinez will be Ribery - Gotze -Kroos -Robben. But he uses Lahm pretty much on their as well as a kind of box to box, so you can't know and apparently a 4-3-3 won't happen.

Well, good thing they got Sokratis. Santana would have come in handy as well...

The money Freiburg made via sales (and playing the EL) won't be of much use if they play the second division next year; because every high-potential player they have left will jump ship then and Freiburg will be back at square one. Dortmund will make a bargain buying Ginter then.

Bayern plays 3-4-3. With 4 defenders but when they get the ball, Alaba comes to midfield. They play same Barca tactics.
