But was Mano all that bad? I mean I know results didn't go for him but as far as I could see he had a vision. Every young player in the side were brought in by him.It's not corruption. Scolari is just stubborn, and past it, imo. Before the nt, he got the team he was coaching to be relegated, in the brasileiro. He got the job because Mano was even worse, and because he was the coach in 2002.
Maybe CBF were too haste in dismissing him and hiring Scolari.
Most of the players Scolari happily takes credit for were introduced by Mano. All Scolari has done has dropped some of them, brought in some of his mates, made Brazil harder to beat but ultra negative and heavily reliant on 22 year old Neymar. Stifle Neymar and Brazil have pretty much had it.
