Who really runs the show there?
Matesic can't be involved, right?
Rangnick runs the show there. The only other person who really has something to say other than on paper is Mintzlaff, the CEO. Mateschitz usually doesn't get involved. There are probably strategic talks between the three of them every now and them, but otherwise he has a reputation for staying in the background.

Why can Mateschitz not be involved? He's the head of the company that funds this team, of course he has Rangnick delegated to manage RB, but Mateschitz is still the Baba of everything.

What a mess the first half was. Both team looked lethargic, static and exhausted, Bayern got better but not really that much better with little fluidity; BVB on the other hand is clueless other than some early pressing. BVB's backline must be day dreaming.
