We still have to wait and see. If Barca can play in March in Camp Nou will mostly depend on the work inside the stadium that we don't see, as outside the two gigantic basement floors are very advanced and in many parts of the stadium, the last layer of concrete was already finished on the access floor. I think 2 months are enough to make the stadium accessible from all sides.
But will it be enough for the safety commission to allow games in there, I can't predict obviously, as much will depend how it'll look inside the stadium.
Current look: Goal Sur and most of the Tribuna site is already accessible in theory. The lateral side, they started to pour concrete on the top access layer, as you see in the picture and gol Norte they also reached the access level in some points. Until march is enough time to close the gaps everywhere in theory like the one between Gol sur and lateral we see here in the picture, but will that be enough is another question, as much depend on the work inside.
