tbh I don't think so. they probably just asked the first best mathematician to deliver a number. But still it's VERY low and unlikely and it's uefa after all...

It's just another conspiracy theory, imo. If uefa was up to something, it wouldn't leak. And more important, the stronger teams would be facing the weaker, so they'd have potential big games during the quarters and semis, not now.

what I wanted to say is that it wasn't uefa who posted this PICTURE (sorry it's photo over here!). I posted a facebook link some pages back: A Blog called "After Foot RMC" and it was reposted several times before the draw.
