whoever worked out that percentage obviously didn't take into account the restrictions on which clubs could be drawn against each other, there is no way the odds of it happening twice are as low as 1 percent, those maths are way off the mark ................
Bojan hattrick will knock us out
i don't understand what your moaning about, if arsenal were not good enough to get past milan last season do you really think they would of had enough to get past madrid or barcelona, arsenal were never going to win it last season no matter what the draw was, you cannot expect to get to the final without having to face a single good team on the way...........................
It's not about winning it, it's about getting past the round of 16.
Is that a trophy aswell?

Are those numbers taking into consideration the teams that cannot face each other on this stage?

i think we agree with each other..it is not that far fetched at all that the test draw and final draw were the same when you take into account that there were 4 spanish teams in the draw who couldn't face each other, two english clubs that couldn't face each other, etc, the number of potential outcomes was pretty limited when you take those restrictions into account............
