Also it would mean that Real would try even harder next season, maybe with Suarez. If they win that stupid decima, they may lose some of their fire and may also not pour another 100 mio.+ into new players. So in the long-run, it may be better if they just win it this season.

Disagree with the Rijkaard praise we sucked as in 2006 final and probably should have lost had it not been for Valdes. That team was big and physical but not that good compared to Peps sextuple team. I do think Pep abandoned ship too early, it just didn't feel right timing when he left. He sure did leave a team of midgets though, fss.

We sucked in a final, but the team was awesome in all matches till then, and still turned 0:1 to 2:1 in a rainy conditions.

But, we had a plan B, plan C (smaller players, taller players, Larsson etc..)
Pep has only passing till death and nothing beside that when that tactics doesn't work.
It worked in 2009', it is not working anymore.

It's bad enough Chelsea won one champions league title playing disgusting luck-for-sale football,two would be an overkill.

It's natural that i don't like RM but at least they good football under Ancelotti.

I think alot of people here are still confusing terms around "posession football". Its not about having the most posession you can by passing the ball around and not attacking directly and penetrating...like Bayern did today... or like Barca has been doing for a while now.. its about attacking and about pressuring the opposing team like crazy after losing the ball... and the side product of this is more posession. Thats how Barca played at its peak few years ago, not like we play today and certainly not like Bayern plays.

Also, after reading some comments, a reader could get a feeling that Barca played a crap football until Pep came in and that he invented Possession football, Tiki-Taka, beautiful football, actions and everything.

No. Barca played different types of Possession football since always. In 70's, 80's, 90's and in early 2000's.
For example, a match from "the old" 99-00 Season.
Barca lost against Chelsea 3:1 in the first match of QF in Champions league.

We played attacking, we played Possession football. We played beautiful, we were dominating, creating tons of chances.

Point is: Barca played possession and attractive football even before Pep and Tiki-Taka. If we move away to some different version of Possession football, the world won't end.
