Atletico are all that is holy for barcaforum right now... until they play Barca. Then they are barbaric butchers, cheats, and hacks.

Mourinho doesn't bother me and I'd rather have him win it than RM, Chelsea have a better chance of winning against them than Atletico in 1 leg. One slip up by Simeone's team who have never been there and it's lights out. Mourinho at least has experience and knows what to do and when. Not saying Atletico can't win, because they obviously can, but it is much more than talent at this level.

He is a defensive minded coach no doubt, shameless at times, but as a planner he is clear with each player working specific functions. It's pretty admirable how much he researches and studies the opponent. Barca need someone as meticulous as this. He is a piece of S. as far as I'm concerned but his careful approach gets results. All guns blazing is nice to watch because of it's kamikaze nature but it is dangerous and in this game, the slightest slip up and it's game over. Better to be careful and switch tactics in live time like he and other top coaches do.
