If it is all about money then protecting the EPL teams make sense. Give them easier ties than they have been getting in last 16 gives better chance.

None of it is happening anyway. Just like none of the big teams are being protected and no refs are cheating to favour Barca as you make out.

English teams can't be protected since they can't beat anyone.

About a draw, my bets are:
1. Barca/RM/Bayern paired with 2 or 3 out of Leicester/Monaco/Borussia (with Bayern not facing Borussia)
2. not happening: Barca/RM/Bayern playing eachother

Even though, one thing is bothering me now, Khaled's post about AM playing Spanish teams all the time and Uefa not wanting 3 Spanish teams in semis.
That could open a door for Real-Atletico again, or Barca-Atletico again.
Also, this opens doors slightly for Barca-RM match also (but not for: Barca:Bayern and Real:Bayern).

I am doubtful now, haha
I am not sure what is more important currently to Uefa:
1. to get Barca/RM/Bayern in semis and risk 3 Spanish teams in semis (if Atletico is not paired with these 3)
2. or risk losing one out of Barca/Real and pairing them with Atletico (or even pairing RM and Barca) to avoid 3 Spanish teams in semis

Arsenal finished above PSG in group this year and Man City put out PSG last year you are just making things up.

Leicester just put out Sevilla as well. So nothing is concrete about who can put out who.

English teams are poor but giving easier ties gives better chance of going through. There is nothing to be debated in that.

For all this inside info and theories you cant produce any scenario to back it up and trying to cover as many bases as possible.

Since they are not rich and FIFA/Uefa don't care about pushing those countries and do everything to have them in tournaments.

Ok,we are living in a corrupted world but there is a limit for corruption and ways to go through it ,fixing a draw in front of millions while involving ex-players and against corporation worth billions? That will be really difficult to hide.

Leicester the easiest, then probably Dortmund. This is a down year for Atletico, but they could resume great form at any time. No one wants to face Real or Bayern in the quarters. This last 8 is a very fine group this year, I'm looking forward to all the matches.

To win CL, you have to be able to beat every team, so it does not make much difference who Barca draws for this round. For teams like Bayern, Real and Barca, just reaching the semis is not the point.

I feel like we are getting Atletico. If I were to put money on it, I would go with them.

I don't think it would necessarily be a bad draw either. Our team should be motivated as hell to beat Atletico after getting eliminated by them twice in the past three years.
