MSN will run that backline of Citys absolutley down. Hart has always had good games vs us so Bravo between the sticks wont change much.

Joke of the century

 You're out of this planet. They just invested 160m. in players and bought pretty much the best talent in Bundesliga in Sane. Also bought the best talent in PL in Stones, bought Nolito one of the best attacking players in La Liga, bought Dortmund's best midfielder in Gundogan, they have Aguero who's one of the best 9s in the world, they bought one of the best keeper in the world in Bravo, and now have a legend like Guardiola on the bench...

And you still say City is nothing and mighty Dortmund, coming from EL after being eliminated by Liverpool and concedeing 4 goals, being dominated both legs, is better. Unreal. At best, on a good day, Dortmund can beat City. For sure. But they ARE NOT better. This is not 2013 Dortmund in case you didn't notice.

Have you watched City this season?

Plus, they have Bravo.

True, they smashed some micky mouse opponent in the CL and struggled a bit at home against Sunderland but its clear as day they come with an upgraded game compared to last year.

We'll see when we play them when the computer decides match the match dates.

It must be you who are out of this planet. You said that City was bigger than Dortmund, enough said.

Dortmund has lost many of their best players. Their midfield engines, and their defender general.

Dortmund is a selling club. They're story is a bit similar to Porto's 2005 story. Had a sensational CL campaign (only that they met a solid Bayern team in the final, not a mediocre Monaco side), after which they started losing players to Europe's best teams. They are not a great club, or a great team. City on the other had is starting to look like a great, well-run, sustainable football club. They are starting to invest massively not just in transfers, but in infrastructure and they will be dangerous. And they have the financial power to go toe-to-toe with Barca and Real and Bayern for players. Dortmund just can't compete with City's power.

That's too cocky of an attitude, if you don't mind me saying. Anything can happen on the football pitch, not to mention that City is already on the path of getting better under Gua.

We have a better team than them and our concepts are installed and proven. City smashed a pub team from Romania, yet they struggled to get a win against the mighty Sunderland. You say cocky, I say realistic. Sure, they are getting better, but that won't be enough for them.

He said "is", not "was".

The fact of the matter is, City got a lot of reinforcement this season and they are slowly but surely getting better. BVB on the other hand, remains to be seen.

But I guess if we want to be the best we have to beat one of the best teams out there. Heja BVB and haha Madrid.

City are already valued at $2 billion and are growing at alarming rates, they were at half last year and only 800m in 2014, they've overtaken Liverpool this year and even previously boomed Chelsea FC.

Maybe if Txiki was more inspired, by today they could've looked already like CL contenders and even dominate the PL for years.

Ok man, think what you want. Ask 10 football fans on the street who's the bigger club atm, City or Dortmund and see what answer you'll get. I'm not talking history right now, because history doesn't play.

So, we are back a year and a half in time, when beating City in CL was an acomplishment(only according to barca-fans)? City has and still is, until proven the opposite, been absolutely rubbish in CL.

A CL semifinal isn't the definition of "rubbish". Last time I checked Real Madrid needed an own goal to knock them off in that semifinal. That's rubbish? Real Madrid was rubbish from 2002 until 2014 in Champions League then.

Historical trend is not necessarily an indication of what will happen in the future.

Did you watch City in the CL last year? That was their best year in the CL, and it was still atrocious. We got our goal quite early, so thats all we had to do. They had like, 1 chance over two legs?
