Camavinga pocketed Silva
You need a Dembele there with one-one ability and explotion.
Silva is an interior

That was absolutely embarrassing from City. Pep really is the bald fraud in these CL away games. Only difference is that he was lucky this time. I mean, really?! Not ONE fucking sub?! Bernardo and Haaland were absolute garbage. The Norwegian commentators were so fucking bad. Not even once commentating on his performance.

Granted Barca have to get there.. but this City team would not scare Barca.

Rodri and Gundogan are not the most mobile and play in a two when other team have ball.

FDJ and Pedri would get better of those two would fancy.

Then no pace out wide to hit on break either.

Araujo v Haaland be the battle.

Pep will probably go with different wingers at the weekend to keep things fresh, is the only reason I can come up with with grealish & Silva finished the game.

Everyone in the attacking 3rd for city was poor today including KDB, he gets a 6.5 because of the goal.

Everyone else 5's.

Rodri was the best player on the bitch today, follow probably by camavinga and the Madrid CB's who gave nothing away.

This game proved there's levels between la Liga and PL.

These bums are 14 points behind. Barca would have thrashed them both.

Next season is ours.

On the most important note, I can't comprehend Pep's cautious approach tonight.
It's as if he instructed them to lower intensity in everything they do so as to gain something.
Madrid didn't create chances, but City didn't either with that approach

Hope it's the 'away' performance, and expecting a much better home performance in the 2nd leg

Haaland is devastating on the break.

KDB is a master at playing the final ball during counter attacks.

Villarato!
City played cautious as got caught out several times on break in first half. Not surprising they've not played all out away from home as don't have enough talent or experience to do that consistently

Grealish is fucking useless

Yes, the mighty Dembele who got subbed out of WC final before HT and has been a disaster class in numerous key CL games...when he isn't injured
