Would you take Arteta post Carlo? What would your realistic first choice be after Carlo steps down?

Wouldn't touch Banteta with a tenfoot pole

Throw money at Alonso. If doesn't take it, take a punt with Raul for a year while managerial pool widens

Also - not answering my question really

DonAK

President of FC Barcelona
Alan Varela is a beast @Porque

Was available for 9-10m, maybe even a couple of millions less if the offer came from us. Would have thrown himself at Barca. We were interested acc. to multiple reports from a year ago.

Very sad man. Could have been the one.

And he is not the only one our non-existent SDepartment missed the last couple of seasons:
Julian Alvarez, Enzo fernandez, Alexis Mc Allister, etc etc

Milan, 3rd place in Serie A, got spanked by some french side.

Isn't Serie A supposedly the new 2nd best league, birdy?

spanked? They had won the first leg by 3 goal margin or so.
What are you talking about? Typical 2nd leg performance preserving energy

Milan can go deep in the competition. Atalanta, Roma also.
Serie A and EPL have the best teams in the competition, alongside Leverkusen.

LL has only Villareal who ain't going far this season, and no LL side in ECL.
Pathetico will soon be out of CL too

I'm not saying La liga is doing well, but Serie A, besides Inter, is not that great, mate.

Napoli is probably out away to Barca as well, they were terrible even at home, i heard.

As far as Roma, didn't they sneak past some dutch side on penalties?

Feyenoord, current Dutch league holders, which plays tremendous football
Obviously the only Italian side that can win CL is Inter, but it cannot be measured only by CL contenders.
Serie A looks more competitive than LL, and Serie A sides are doing overall better in Europe this season
