Xavi is inevitable, the only saving grace is he's young and not proven mediocrity yet. If that fails, Barca need to be spending some of their transfer budget on tempting a proven top manager.

There isnt a proven top manager that would go to Barca. That is the reality.

I wouldn't. Just laying out our options since the World Class managers all got a top job now.

Yea, ok, but that's surely not even on the table. It's Xavi or Koeman probably. I'll take Xavi.

Tuchel impressed me at Chelsea these months, a shame we didn't get him. Heard he's a Barca fan once or twice.

That's pure speculation. Barca aren't even making contacts to see if they are interested or not. Basically not even been on the market because we've been run by an infesting Amigos-culture and puppet managers like EV and Setien.

Main motivation is money, one would think.
Simeone is the best paid manager in the world, im sure Barcelona can afford to pay a coach at least the same amount as AM is paying for theirs, considering the respective budgets.

Tuchel is an interesting case. Everywhere he goes he seem to have issues with club executives. The players like him, but the executives hate him. Tough man to work with apparently. I don't know how he'd work at Barca.

Timing also helps. If a guy like Klopp thinks he's finished a cycle at Liverpool and Barca need a manager then it makes the task of persuading them easier.

What top coach would Barca get on Simeone money?

Offer that to who?

Klopp and Pep arent moving and anyone after that is a gamble.

Offering them a huge salary, a bit like Newcastle did to Benitez etc. Money talks ultimately.

Also depends on the timing, if they think their cycle at their respective clubs is coming to an end.

Yea, but maybe that's a sign of character and leadership. I'd rather take that than a mellow dude that sings the tune you give him and doesn't rock the boat. I'm sick of that tbh.

Tuchel is establishing expertise and authority in his profession IMO. If he keeps going like this, he's gonna join Guardiola and Klopp. 2 back to back CL finals is no joke.

Also he didnt exactly set the world alight at PSG when dealing with big characters.

Maybe Dortmund/Chelsea with young players suits him more.

Bit early to be claiming Tuchel is top top coach.

I have a hard time seeing Klopp taking over a club like Barca, Real Madrid, Bayern, Juventus....basically the top dogs. I think it's way more likely he accepts an offer from Atletico.

Right now, there doesnt seem to be many available, but coaches doesnt last long, wouldn't surprise me if, say, Klopp would take such an offer after he is done with Liverpool.

Is Klopp a right match for Barca? Dont know, but he certainly is a top coach.
