I swear German Teams have the best fitness regime.

Bayern Chelsea and Liverpool are probably the fittest teams. They outrun u so hard. What drugs are these coaches using

I thought Klopp ran his players to the ground and were gassed this season. That's what people were saying.

You're not making any sense mate. German teams or coaches? City is as fit as any of those 3. Just because they prefer possession to running a lot and playing counters doesn't mean they are not fit

This whole running stuff fad will die out quickly, as has happened to any other style of play. Running/pressing a lot is not sustainable over the long run as you need specific players, it might get them burned out quicker and eventually a technical superior team beats you in a marathon(league).

Tuchel should have already won cl last year, psg had 3 100% chances in first half but his players were to dumb to score them. So im happy for him that he won it now but feel sorry for pep though.

Tuchel proving yet again he is WC coach.

And people here claiming some time ago that Xavi is a better option for Barca bench than Tuchel

Barcelona did look extremely physically fit back under Pep, it's often secondary to good positioning and decision making, but I am not ruling out they had some edge coming from elsewhere as well.

I have to say Bayern last year was very suspicious, some other years too.

Barca, RM and Juve will rebuild. But City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Man Utd will not stand still, they will all strengthen.

3 clubs with no money. PL teams will only get richer and stronger and soon all top players will be heading there. PL is a super league in the making. I don't blame Perez for trying to create a ESL.

just a few years ago they had all the best managers at the same time (wenger, mou, klopp, guardiola, ancelotti, poch). now we will see something similar with players

A moment of silence for this shambles of a competition that is the current CL format.
Both City and Chelsea having to play 'mighty' EL level teams in their groups and then another 6 KO matches that are dependant on lucky draws mostly, to reach the final.

There is still a romance for Spanish players to play for Barca or RM. But the intensity of the EPL, the quality of teams where bottom can beat top, grounds filled to capacity ( non COVID) the numerous continental coaches, and finally the financial incentive, will continue to see a flow of players to EPL.

Barca, RM and PSG will endeavour to pay transfer fees and salaries that no EPL would want to. The problem for Barca and RM is that they did not have the money before, they cannot keep up this financial strategy in the future. Hence ESL.

Interesting that Chelsea had both the men's and the women's teams in the CL final.
The ladies were favorites but lost 4:0 (to Bar?a).
The men were underdogs but won.

One of the things I agree 100% with you.
CL has to change sooner than later towards the form of the Super League

Barca women were favs in final.
Not according to Swedish media before the final that was played in Gothenburg. Chelsea had 3 Swedish players and they claimed to have a "home advantage".
They had respect for Bar?a's strong offense but thought they were physically stronger.
Bar?a surprised them during the first 30 minutes.

I maybe am just bitter after so many years of watching the same stuff or it didn't seem that the gap was so big 10 years ago. But just take a look at Chelsea's group and it's a laughing stock: Chelsea, Sevilla, Rennes, Krasnodar.
They then had to play an Atletico team out of form at the time and pretty shite in CL this season, a Porto side that screams EL level and the worst Real Madrid in years.
Same stuff goes for City, with the added bonus that they dodged the Bayern bullet.
In a league type competition its very hard to get lucky.
