Champions League

Its Bayern, Chelsea, PSG & Atleti and everyone else this year for my money.

Dont sleep on Milan, either. I hate their group draw but if they can get out, they could be a surprising darkhorse this season.

Just dont fancy City this year.

According to bet365, these are the probabilities right now:

1. PSG (4,33)
2. City (4,50)
3. Bayern (8,00)
4. Chelsea (9,00)
5. United (9,00)
6. Liverpool (10,00)
7. Real Madrid (15,00)
8. Barcelona (21,00)
9. Atletico (26,00)
10. Juventus (29,00)
11. Dortmund (34,00) The rest give over 50,00.

Before Messi left, City were clear favourites and Barcelona were above United IIRC (I guess the draw must've influenced too)

Sounds about right. As expected PL is 4/6. Bayern + PSG both in top 4 though.

Can't predict things before it even starts.
Last year I said folk would underestimate Chelsea and they did.

This year even less sure but I reckon a lot depends on how Bayern, Liverpool, Real and Juve get on in respective leagues. Kind bracket and can see most big teams have a shot.

There was a time when Barca would be number one and two. Now we're barely inside the top ten. Decline.

Barca will always be Barca. Big teams can knock each other out and Barca could get easy opponents. You never know.

This is too generous for us. I'll take it!

Yeah if you believe so, then there might be money to be made with a bet.
I believe the odds look fair, if anything I would look for value in Barcelona if the odds became even higher after a potentially poor start to the season.

It's ridiculous how much credit United get in those top10 lists. They are shit.

They're not though. You're still living in 2016. They've gotten top 3 in the premier league in 3 times in the past 5 years, 2 of those instances happening in the last 2 years. They're also consistently one of the highest scoring teams in the PL.

The only teams that are certifiably stronger than the current United are the top 3 teams in the PL, PSG, and Bayern.
