Champions League

So:
1. Barca won with Busi-Raki-Vidal, not too technical midfield: 0:3 at Bernabeu
2. Ajax won with TikiTaka kids 1:4 at Bernabeu

So, both workhorses and TikiTaka can win against current Real.

Further, a problem for TikiTaka teams are NOT teams like Real, but teams like Atletico, Juventus, Liverpool, Bayern, physically stronger teams.

Light Barca usually wins against Real, or against Porto, Arsenal and other technical teams with a lighter physique.
But we lose against ANY physical team in a CL.

But still, GG for Ajax, congrats.

BBZ , don't worry man. We all tend to be wrong about something. Atleast your prediction of Germany winning the 2018 WC was spot on.

Well, I'm not. But it would be a better use of your time and everyone else's instead of you two making up BS to prove a narrative that doesn't exist. You being the simpleton buy into whatever he says as usual though

No need to get personal my friend, also I have my own opinions. Don’t want to speak for bbz but from what I can tell he prefers the physical style by default. I would like a tiki taka style as an ideal but am a pragmatist so understand that without the right players it’s hard to pull off.

Domestic failures aside, it was a good run, 9 seasons with semis and 4 CL trophies, had to end.

Aye. We only needed to get pushed off that ledge we were balancing on. It's fine. Cycle is over. Get the next one started. We're ahead of the curve on Barca here. Their post-Messi syndrome will be 10x more severe.

Can you tell where in that post he makes any sense or any valuable point? His point is literally being torn to shreds here. He'll either disappear now or try to change the subject by posting a long post people will sleep halfway through.

He keep trying to force a BS narrative around here all the time and it frankly speaking gets tiring, especially when he's unwilling to engage in any meaningful discussion when someone comes up with counter-arguments to his points.

Honestly, he's nothing more than a shit-stirrer now and I believe he does it on purpose.

Barca will be fine, they have la liga all figured out, just like Juventus or Bayern.
They win almost every match when Messi is out as well.

Some cognitive dissonance this lol.

I do wonder why you assume reasonable fans grounded in reality actually care more about this than they do. This is Real Madrid. The club goes into history books in every possible way. Literally. Setting both positive and negative records. Ramos is a personification of this for instance. It's what the club is all about. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Counterattacking works best in Cups.
Possession based football works better in Leagues.

There's no rocket science about this.

I'd like Ajax to get Atletico in the next round (or Juve, if they manage to go through).

We tried possession-football recently, it was an epic failure all around.
Some teams are simply meant to win everything domestically, others are not.

The fuck? Lol. What do women have to do with this? Why are you talking like you’re some kind of stud
See, You just don’t get it.
He comes here to hear others repeats narratives he already approves of.
Reading narratives that don’t match his narratives, TRIGGERS him.
It’s not something unique to him, Quite the common theme in this place.

That's because Barca plays possession football. You play counter attacking. Barcelona is more likely to win the league than Madrid. Madrid is better in Cups.

It's not like you play possession football and play like Barcelona. Barcelona are a great possession based team. Madrid under Lopetegui was a cheap copy of that.

Same with Barcelona. They can't have the same fast transitions and counter game of Madrid.

Oh look, it's the guy that called Semedo for absolutely dog shit after he had one bad game and then disappeared again. Talk about repeating narratives.

Aren't you the guy who wrote an entire book when someone didn't agree with you in the Valverde thread? Perhaps you should join a Facebook group with the other intellectuals here like yourself and leave the rest of the simpletons on this forum alone?

Talk about struggling with a superiority complex.
