Chelsea for sure right now are better than Liverpool without Van Dijk and their other CBs.

Chelsea probably 3rd best team left right now. Their squad is insane and they have a good manager now.

They have a lot of decent players but not enough top quality ones imo. Liverpool's style is also better suited to these big knockout matches.

I don't rate PSG much, I think even current Madrid is able to win current PSG. The only hope for Paris is a good form of Neymar at the end of the season.
Liverpool is bad now, but I expect them to go all-in in CL, so I think they have higher chance to win than Madrid, PSG and Chelsea.

Comparing league to league is more eye test and opinion than anything. Would say PL is clearly better than La Liga for last couple of seasons.

Calma though. It’s nowhere near the domination La Liga had, 7 CL wins and 6 EL wins in 10 years. Don’t think that will ever be matched again tbh.
