Is being only worse than RM, AC Milan, Bayern München and Liverpool historically (the two last teams only by 1 margin) in the CL enough to be labelled as a shit team? The 4 CL titles that FCB have won have all been won since 1992. Not 60-50 years ago as 6 of RM's titles were.

Since 2003 FCB have won the CL 3 times. Chelsea has won the CL 1 time in 12 seasons in comparison and once in their entire history.

Did Kenyon or some other former/current Chelsea official not once state (10 years ago or so) that they expected to become the best team in the world in the not so distant future? That did not really go as planned.
