Awful, just awful. Slow, no pressing, no creativity,extremely predictable, bad manager, Suarez totally gone.
We need a total overhaul with most of the seniors leaving.
This team has no business being in cl. Just crash out and focus on winning la liga. There is a realistic chance of that happening since competition is even worse.

I would agree, but have you seen our schedule before the return leg? If the team was tired tonight, they will be dead men walking at home vs. Lyon who will be more motivated than ever and have their best player returning.

Agree with this. This team has absolutely zero dynamic edge going forward.
If Jordi - Messi pullback doesn't work or a Messi one-two near the box we literally lose 50% or more of our scoring ability.
Having watched Bayern/Liverpool tonight, we'd clearly lose to both of them.

He did? Sorry, but I think Bob was bang average tonight. Didn't really make much happen on the ball outside of a wide shot. Believe it or not, I think Rakitic quietly had a very solid game today. Its a shame Ernie won't bench Luis; I think with Messi, Dembele & Coutinho/Malcom, we find a goal.
Lastly, what the fuck else does Malcom need to do to demonstrate he deserves at least sub minutes to Valverde, especially when its clear it isn't Suarez's night? Like, fine. Start Luis but if he hasn't scored/assisted by the 70th min and he's missing chances, take him the fuck off!
Common sense stuff here, like even for a man as "pragmatic" as Ernie supposedly is, that isn't a bold move.

Camp Nou is a nightmare to play on as a visiting team. We are very very hard to beat or even draw there. Our weakness in CL has been the away game. Many teams have went to Camp Nou hoping for a result and were brushed away.
Normally I'd see a 0-0 away as a result which favors us.

They only need a draw. I wouldn't be as confident as you. I'm already having Nam flashbacks to Roma.
Even if we go through we're going to get demolished vs. any decent team. It's just a waste of time.

The lack of creativity is expected with Athur out. What I don't understand is why we are SO SLOW, probably the slowest team in Europe, and under multiple managers since Guardiola left, and it is getting worse and worse.
I don't think it has anything to do with our lack of stamina/rest, we were slow even when we had a full week of rest. Really pisses me off. The players are so damn lazy.

We need to sack Valverde. Ain't gonna happen so all we can do is hope we'll play better. There were positive signs in this game too. With better finishing we score 3 in a game like this.
Valverde got his subs dead wrong as he always does.
