If we somehow manage to win this game I have a strong feeling we're going to get put into the next round against Chelsea, just because sods law (sorry if that's actually impossible I'm not great at the seeding/pooling of tournies, goes over my head). Also having a debate with some bias Chelsea fans who will not let 09 go lmao

Kompany said that they fear Stoke more than us.

The actual quote is ""They're a special team with special players, of course," he added. "I think their ability is not about hurting you all game -- you can have tougher games when you go to Stoke City."

Which everyone on this forum agrees with, since we always say "we'll have space against X big team because they won't park the bus like X small team"

So it was a headline grab attempt? All he meant is that Barca won't try to stifle their way of playing by playing ultra defensive football.

Pellegrini: "We are going to try from the beginning as we did today to be an aggressive team and to try and score goals because it is important.

"Maybe it is not a normal game because it is a game of 180 minutes so you must try to score but you must also try not concede because an away goal is very important. But on Tuesday I am sure you will see our team trying to play in the same way we did today."

He added: "It is better because last year we arrived in February after we played 18 games in December and January. In this year we played less games in January. I hope the experience of last year will help us to have a good stage against Barcelona."

After what happened this past weekend, they will be no complacency. And with Toure suspended for them, we really need to play well and get a result.

Tell me about it. Chelsea fans are still so butthurt over that. At least we had some class when we lost to them in 2012 and applauded our team until the end.

Never seizes to make me laugh, Kompany is such a butthurt moron. Loved when he said that Barca didn't deserve to win the tie last year.

Even though the guy has a massive fucking head, he has a brain the size of a peanut.

He's just an idiot and one of the overrated defenders in the world.

Hopefully MSN rip him to shreads.

Not too sure about that... Is it really harder having Crouch in front of you instead of Messi? Guess we'll find out tomorrow. :)
